    Pros +

    • The staff were very nice and helpful. Our check-out time was 2 AM, so we couldn’t eat our breakfast. They prepared us breakfast to take away at 1:40 am.
    • Location was great. My son left some watches in the draw, and they got hold of us straight away to let us know. We got a grab bike to bring the watches to the airport and the hotel responded to us very quickly
    • The room was huge for Viet Nam standards. And, the location was perfect. It's just on the edge of the old quarter. Thus, it's not chaotic 100% of the time outside but it's very easy to get to the chaos. (It is a little chaotic in the mornings outside though.) The rooftop gardens were magnificent! This little refuge overlooked Ha Noi and had so many wonderful plants. It was a good place to end our trip to Viet Nam.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast is very basic but suitable
    • The location caught us off guard, because it’s located in a very narrow and busy street. It wasn’t the end of the world though, we made it work.
    • there is one Air Cond unit and its direct to a bed causing a bit inconvenience

Very clean facility. Breakfast was actually very good for a free hotel breakfast, and the dining area was very cute. The room was amazing. It was very spacious and the decorations made it very cozy and welcoming.

The location caught us off guard, because it’s located in a very narrow and busy street. It wasn’t the end of the world though, we made it work.

Staff were helpful and friendly. A good breakfast. A great location to walk into the old quarter & French area.

the rooms are clean and comfy bed.staff.are helpful to assist in however they can

The breakfast for takeaway had boil egges which were not fully boiled and we had to remove the shell which was kinda messy. That can be easily improved

We booked a family room for two adults and one child . The room is Huge and with two huge beds . We could have booked just a normal room with one large bed . The people are so friendly here. It’s easier to get taxi to this place than to a hotel in the old quarter

Our room has one side facing the street and it’s noisy . For me it’s not a big deal . The breakfast isn’t too great . Not many options .

The stuff was amazing, the rooms had nice decorations and a comfortable bed, and the morning coffee was maybe the best I have ever had.

I didn't love the bathroom, it was small and kind of old. I also didn't love the location. It is near the old quarter, but on a kind of a sketchy street.

Excellent and very friendly reception staff, they were also very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

The room is too small and old, curtain was extremely dirty. Rooms were also very noisy (corridor noise)

We absolutely loved this hotel! It's located in an older part of town so surrounding areas look run down, but we felt totally safe and the hotel itself was darling. Staff were wonderful and they accommodated us early. I got a massage that was great. We had 7 people in our family and it worked out perfectly. We were the only 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. Breakfasts were yummy and our favorite feature was how close it was to the Old Quarter and all of the shopping. There is a foot bridge just outside the hotel door to cross the freeway and you're there. Charming hotel. Fantastic location!

Be ready to go when your taxi arrives because it's a narrow road with no room to really pull over

Location next to the old quarter. A little bit noisy from the traffic, but you get used to it after one night.

The room was actually a little bit small. Especially the bathroom was very small. The shower had no distinctive boundaries, therefore the water was all around the bathroom.

Location. The staff was very kind and helpfull

The rooftop terrace was not well arranged. Not relaxing

    9AlexanderPosted on: 4-15-2025

Great hotel close to the Old Quarter but not exactly inside of it - which is really good I think. The Old Quarter is great but it is very noisy and crowded at night. The staff is very open-minded and always willing to help. They have arranged our tours in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay and airport transfers as well.We are grateful and happy of our stay at Veshia Hotel in Hanoi!

There was a small water leak in the bathroom. We asked several times to fix it but they didn’t do it even though they told us that they understood my concern and will fix the leak.It wasn’t big , we just put the towels we didn’t use to hold it.

The hotel is in good location. The market and restaurants in walking distance. But you have to get to the other side of the road by a walking over bridge. The balcony had good view of the road, but no sound disturbance inside the room. The break fast was fantastic and they start early so you can have your breakfast before you go for any day trip from there. They even packed breakfast for us when we travelled to Da nang very very early in the morning one day and kept our bags safe even though we vacated the room and came back next day. The ladies in the reception gives clear details of everything when you check in and very helpful.

    10AllisonPosted on: 4-11-2025

Very convenient to walking to the old quarter. Staff was wonderful. We were a family of 7 and booked three rooms and had the entire 2nd floor to ourselves. It felt like we were sharing a house.

No complaints. I was nervous driving yo because it is surrounded by some pretty run down properties, but it was well kept and the area felt very safe.

    9IldikoPosted on: 4-11-2025

The location is perfect, the old town is very near, walking distance. The beakfast was good, with buffet. The staff was really helpful, the rooms were nice too.

    10BaerbelPosted on: 4-7-2025

We liked the hotel very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a great choice, the location is good, nearly directly at a foot bridge helping to cross the big road. It is in about ten minutes walking distance from the busstop coming from the airport. The view from the roof is nice. There was a table and a chair in the room, which we liked. Shower was warm, bathroom was spacious.

All fine. We would have enjoed a second side table at the bed, but everything worked well without it.
